Amy is very knowledgeable about real estate in our area. Due to the snow and Corona Virus scare, putting the house on the market took longer than expected and I was concerned about missing a potential sale. Amy had me complete Disclosure Statements ahead of time and gave me a couple of suggestions to make the house/property more appealing to the eye. I knew before we even thought of selling that the septic system would have to be updated and Amy worked it out with the contractor to complete the work and they would get paid at the time of closing. When the house went on the market on a Friday afternoon, Sunday evening (2 days later) after four showings we accepted the third offer and closed a month later. Amy always returned my calls and texts within just a few minutes of me sending them. I highly recommend Amy Perrine to anyone looking to sell their house or property.
